Refund Policy
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
Bubs Baby Shops will not refund if you simply change your mind. We can however, exchange for a store credit note if the goods are returned within 4 weeks unused, in the original packaging and with proof of purchase. Exchanges occurring via the post or a courier do so at the customer's expense. Alternatively, bring the goods and receipt into any Bubs Baby Shop.
Fees apply to cancelled orders. General orders will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Furniture orders incur a 50% cancellation fee and special make orders 100% cancellation fee.
