Customer Service Policy

Bubs Baby Shop will endeavour to ensure all items are is stock. However due to uncontrollable circumstances some items may be out of stock. Should this occur you will contacted within 72 hours and be informed of an approximate delivery date. If you are unsatisfied with the date provided you can cancel your order and a full refund will be provided. All Furniture Items are on order bases and may take up to 12 weeks delivery. Once your order has been processed, you will be informed of an approximate delivery date. (Please note all Furniture items do not fall under the Out of Stock refund policy as they are on order bases only taking up to 12 weeks.  Furniture will incure a 50% cancelation fee if cancelled outside of 72 hours from time of purchase.  This cancellation fee can be issued to the customer as a credit note to spend on line at www.bubs.com.au).
