Terms and Conditions
• Entry is open to residents of Australia only except for employees of Bubs Baby Shop and associated sponsors and related companies • The total published prize value for 2 x Lupi Lu Toilet Seat, distributed by The Product Store RRP $99.95 each • You may only enter once • The Competition begins 12:01am Saturday 1 October 2011 and ends at 5pm Monday 31 October 2011 • Prizes will be awarded based on 'Liking' 'Bubs Baby Shops' and 'Lupi Lu on Facebook, on skill and the most creative answer will win • Winners will notified by email and will be published on the home page of the Bubs Baby Shop Website • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. • No responsibility is taken for any variation in the final prizes awarded • Collection of prizes is the responsibility of the winner • Should the winner require the prize to be delivered to a nominated address a freight charge will be applied • All information becomes the property of Bubs Baby Shop and may be used in future marketing exercises. • The winners hereby agree to allow the Organisers to publish the winners’ names, and winning descriptions in printed media, radio, or internet, e-mail at no fee • All participants and winners indemnify the Organiser, its advertising agencies, advisers, suppliers, and nominated agents against any and all claims, damages or loss howsoever arising, including but not limited to willful misconduct or negligent act or omission arising from their participation in this competition. • In the event of any dispute whatsoever, the decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. •
