Recipes for the Bébédelice
Although any single serve of fruit, vegetable, meat or fish can be cooked/steamed then blended, these are a few recipes that spice up baby’s taste sensations.

1 medium size carrot
½ small sweet potato
Nutmeg or Cinnamon to add flavour (just a dash) (8+months)

Blend to required consistency
* A note about spices/herbs: Paediatricians recommend waiting until baby is 8 months or older to introduce spices and herbs. This is usually to reduce digestive upsets. It is recommended that the 4 day rule is followed in order to be able to pinpoint any source of allergic reactions when introducing any new food.
